By plane
It is assumed that most participants will fly to Prague.
There will be two buses to take conferees from Downtown Prague to the conference hotel.
One bus leaves at about 13.00 and the other at about 14.30.
The trip takes approximately 2.5 hours.
The buses will depart from the bus-stand at hotel DIPLOMAT,
Evropska 15, Prague 6, a few steps from station DEJVICKA of subway line A.
In case you miss for whatever reason the last bus, call Miss Tereza
Vachova at +420 725875051 who will assist you to get to the conference
venue.
From the airport you may take express bus #119 to station NADRAZI VELESLAVIN of subway line A.
Continue by subway to station DEJVICKA (the second stop) or take tram #2 or #20 to DEJVICKA.
By train/bus
The nearest town to the conference venue and served by train/bus is Susice. Continue then by cab.
DEPARTURE
| FRIDAY MORNING, June 22 |
The early-bird bus departing for Vaclav Havel airport in Prague will leave at 6.00
reaching the airport at about 8.30 (depending on traffic).
The other bus will leave at 9.30, reaching the airport at about 12.00.
VISA
Current regulations require an entry visa to the Czech Republic for citizens of most
non-European countries (visitors from Australia, Canada, Japan, and USA are currently exempt)
and a few European countries.
All Conferees are advised to check the regulations in their home countries before leaving for the conference.
